I always stay at this hotel for good reason. The helpful staff gave me directions when I first came. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, storage, reception, security, laundry, TV. I'll be back for Christmas!

The room was clean with central heating, TV, and a refrigerator.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Well-equipped accommodation with marvellous setting right by 2 train lines, massage parlors, and the business district. Plenty of goodies for breakfast...

I even found a back massager and cozy dressing gowns. The staff were always polite and friendly, and I was greeted with a glass of wine upon check-in. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city, with multiple subway exits nearby. The hotel's quiet neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Kitahama area. the location is fantastic, with two train stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city and visit the business district. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, and even a back massager. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful extras like pens and paper, dressing gowns, and a welcome glass of wine upon check-in. this hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a range of facilities that cater to both leisure and business travelers.

No major issues, everything was great.

I booked a room with an exceptionally COMFORTABLE bed, a fridge, an electric kettle and an electronic key card. The staff was nice and kind providing assistance. Location: the hotel was short walk to the river, easy access to other parts of the city, and restaurants, massage parlors, cafes and drug stores.

Modern design, spacious room, convenient location near train stations, optional amenities such as massager and steamer, welcoming touch with complimentary wine.

The room at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama was super cozy and had everything I needed. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for someone like me who loves staying connected. I loved the flat-screen TV and the fact that the room had its own private bathroom. Plus, the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Oh, and let's not forget the kettle for my coffee fix. I felt right at home!

The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the sofa in the single room. It felt a little uncomfortable for my taste, but hey, it's just my personal preference.

I recently stayed at Hotel Forza Kitahama in Osaka for three nights. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with multiple subway and metro stations within a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Japanese and western options, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a fancy shower and bath tub, as well as nice toiletries. The massager cushion in the room was a bonus after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently close to multiple subway and metro lines, making it easy to get to all the tourist spots. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a massage pillow and an iPad with useful information. I especially loved the attention to detail, like the jet stream shower. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The hotel has an excellent service with polite and friendly staff available 24 hours a day. The breakfast is full of variety and the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience.

The restaurant which also serves as a lobby lounge after lunch, could be more private for those who prefer some quiet space.

Good value for money and convenient location

I recently stayed in a hotel that had everything I needed for an excellent trip! What impressed me the most was the convenience of the location - it had a subway station just a few steps away which made traveling around the city so easy! the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. I loved the fact that they offered complimentary hot beverages in the lobby which was a nice touch. Finally, the best part was that the hotel was reasonably priced, especially given its prime location.

Although I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there is one downside that I must mention: we weren't allowed late check-out which was a bit disappointing. I would have liked to stay a bit longer in the hotel to pack my bags, but unfortunately, we had to check-out at the standard time.
